Types of Cookies We Use

  • A. Strictly Necessary Cookies (Essential): Required for security, authentication, and core features like login or form handling. These cannot be switched off.

  • B. Functional Cookies: These remember your language preferences or display settings. While not "essential" for the site to load, the experience might feel a bit "reset" without them.

  • C. Performance & Analytics Cookies: These help us see which pages are popular and where we might have bugs. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

  • D. Marketing & Tracking Cookies: These allow us to deliver relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness. These are only activated if you explicitly click "Accept All" or opt-in via settings.

Third‑Party Technologies

You are in the driver's seat. You can manage your data in three ways:

  • The Cookie Banner (Recommended): When you first visit, you can "Accept All," "Deny" (which rejects all non-essential cookies), or "Customize."

  • Revisiting Your Settings: If you change your mind later, look for the small fingerprint or shield icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Clicking this will reopen the Usercentrics settings immediately.

  • Browser Settings: You can set your browser to block all cookies, but please note that some parts of SproutPlans may stop working correctly.

As regulations or our tech stack evolve, we may update this policy. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
