This notice explains how the SproutPlans App collects, uses, and protects your personal data—and outlines your rights under GDPR. The SproutPlans App is a digital service which we use to collect information, simulate this information and collect data for specific financial advice as provided by our regulated partner MyRoboFP Limited T/A SproutPlans. This regulated partner will also adhere to these Privacy rules.

What Data We Collect and Why

We collect your personal data if you’re aged 16 or older, through the Sprout App.

If you reach out via our website, phone, or email, we may ask for other information that you choose to share which is relevant to the advice we give. We only collect what’s needed to respond to your inquiry or provide services.

How Long We Keep Your Data

If your account is inactive for 12 months we will delete this data to protect your privacy.
You can choose to delete your data at any time and it will no longer be stored on the Sprout digital service.

Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell or casually share your personal info. However, we may share it if:

You give us permission
It’s needed to deliver services (e.g., a service provider)
Our web host accesses it to maintain the website (they’re bound by data protection rules)
We're legally required (e.g., by court order)

If our business is sold or merged, your data may be passed on to new owners however in such circumstances you will be notified in advance of such acquisition to allow you the option to delete your records should you so choose.
